The Toontrack DFH EZ Drummer is a multi-microphone drum sampler designed for musicians and producers in need of a compact, affordable, easy to handle plug-in without compromising sound quality or control. The visualized drums in the interface combine auditioning of sounds and drumkit construction. The extensive drag and drop midi-library (featuring 8000+ midifiles) enables users to create a great drumtrack in just a few clicks. For more advanced handling, users can control microphone bleeding and levels between drums using the internal mixer.

Feature:
The MIDI patterns are nice, mostly, but it can be hard to get variety (or find variety; see below)
Quality:
It takes a while to load the samples compared to other samplers I have; I dont really know why.
Value:
It is a low priced drum program with solid MIDI patterns and a good sound. Steinberg Virtual Drummer and BFD are better, probably, but also more $.
Sound:
I could listen to the snare for hours. It doesnt compare to BFD, but neither does the price. It fits well in the mix pretty well without much trouble
Ease of Use:
They claim the interface is the best - but who cares about the picture of a drumset? I would have rather had an interface that made it easy to find new MIDI patterns so Im not searching in the dark for a loop.
Overall:
Good for what it is - but it doesnt inspire quite the way some virtual instruments have for me.
