Digitech Ex7 Expression Factory Pedal Guitar Modulation Effects Digitech Guitars, Amps, and Effects Shipping Cost :$0 Feature: Tons of features but would take a while to learn and set up for gigging. Quality: Seems a bit flimsey. Expression peddal cheap feeling. Value: A lot of effects for the money Desirability: I think I will pass on this one Sound: The wahs are very realistic however the expression peddal has very little travel and requires a light touch. Im use to a Steve Via bad horsey and it is much easier to control. I did not like the flanger either. Very little control over how it sounded. To be fair, I only messed with it for 30 min. or so. Love my Distortion Factory and was a little disapointed with this one Support: I hope its good because its a digitech and we all know they break. Not a Boss! Line6 Mm4 Modulation Modeler Pedal Guitar Modulation Effects Line 6 Guitars, Amps, and Effects Shipping Cost :$0 Feature: Metal case made it rugged. Too bad it crapped out after 6 months use. Quality: The foot/select switches all loosened up after a few weeks use. Dont know if I could trust this on the road. It died after 6 months use on local gigs, one night a week average. Value: Dont know what else there is out there tha compares with it. Desirability: Practical. I wanted chorus, tremelo, vibrato, and leslie effect. Sound: Sounded great while it worked. I had formerly used an A/DA chorus pedal. This did a fair job of approximating the sound. Support: Havent tried yet. Overall: For now, Ive gone back to my A/DA chorus which I have had for 22 years.
