Keyboard Amps
Peavey
Keyboards and MIDI

Shipping Cost :$12.99
Feature:
No exciting features
Quality:
Compared to the older Peavy amps quality has dropped!
Value:
Too much for too little!
Desirability:
Looks real nice very different but not practical!
Sound:
This has to be one of the worst sounding amps that I have ever used!!! I started out with the KB3 which had a great even sound but it wasnt loud enough and it distorted so I added a KB5 Which made a huge difference. Then I started using the just KB5 and it was bad. The horn went out the first week and it couldnt handle too much low end. Very sad amp for the price and the size.
Ease of Use:
Fairly easy to use. Nothing difficult about it.
Support:
Never used it.
Overall:
Would never buy this style Peavy amp for any reason!

Behringer K1800fx Ultratone Keyboard Amplifier (180 Watts 1x12 In.) Keyboard Amps Behringer Keyboards and MIDI Shipping Cost :$0 Feature: Good features...Fx capable Quality: I was warned about purchasing a Behringer amp...The word is that they blow up under preasure. I purchased several Behringer outboard products in the past and were satisfied with them. Therefore, i figured those warnings were subjective. WRONG!!! I took my "Brand New" Ultratone K1800-Fx out on a gig yesterday, however, 20 minutes into my performance the amp started making a horrible buzzing and crackling noise. I had to keep shutting it on and off...eventually i could not continue with an auditorium filled with people gathered for a birthday party. I was performing solo using backing tracks played through my laptop, Vocal mic and my acoustic guitar. I am now embarrased and humiliated for spoiling what had started out being a fun party. My confidence is "shot" when it comes to risking using another Behringer amp. Value: Could have been great if the unit held up. Sound: The sound was fine...however... Ease of Use: easy to use (after reading the manual and becoming familiar with the channel buttons). Support: At this time Im awaiting a response from Behringer! Overall: ...See my Quality entry. Roland Kc550 Keyboard Amplifier Keyboard Amps Roland Keyboards and MIDI Shipping Cost :$9.99 Feature: The built in 4 channel mixer, stereo links, and aux ins, make it very versatile. Quality: Its got a heavy carpet cover, all coners have metal protectors, easy roll casters underneath, and a steel grill on the front. Value: Sounds better than other brands more expensive units. Desirability: The unit is sleek and black. The front slopes back and projects the sound up and out. Like leaning a regular amp back against a wall. Sound: I play Roalnds V-Drums on this amp.The sound is great. We can plug the bass guitar in, at the same time, and both instruments sound great. Support: I experienced a power surge and burned out the power pack. I took it to a local Roland repair center and had it back in one day. Overall: When I wear this one out...Ill look at a new Roland! Behringer K3000fx Ultratone Keyboard Amplifier (300 Watts 1x15 In.) Keyboard Amps Behringer Keyboards and MIDI Shipping Cost :$0 Feature: We run drums, guitar, and bass through this for practice. We really like the 4 separate channels. Quality: Great sound for alomost all instruments including drums, guitar, and bass. Solid amp w/o any problems. Value: Excellent! I have purchased other Behringer products and have found them to be excellentfor the price. Desirability: Good design and features! Sound: This is a keyboard amp but works great for practice and a monitor for my electronic drums and it handles bass drum (good deep attack and sound) and cymbals sound great. This amp was purchased as a electronic drum amp. We have run Drums, Guitar, and Bass throuh this keyboard amp with great sound for each. Ease of Use: This amp is easy to use. Support: I have had no need to use support. Overall: I have had this amp for about 1 year and can recommend Behringer.
