I purchased several Behringer outboard products in the past and were satisfied with them. Therefore, i figured those warnings were subjective. WRONG!!! I took my "Brand New" Ultratone K1800-Fx out on a gig yesterday, however, 20 minutes into my performance the amp started making a horrible buzzing and crackling noise. I had to keep shutting it on and off...eventually i could not continue with an auditorium filled with people gathered for a birthday party. I was performing solo using backing tracks played through my laptop, Vocal mic and my acoustic guitar. I am now embarrased and humiliated for spoiling what had started out being a fun party. My confidence is "shot" when it comes to risking using another Behringer amp. Value: Could have been great if the unit held up. Sound: The sound was fine...however... Sound: I play Roalnds V-Drums on this amp.The sound is great.We can plug the bass guitar in, at the same time, and both instruments sound great. We really like the 4 separate channels. Quality: Great sound for alomost all instruments including drums, guitar, and bass. Solid amp w/o any problems. Value: Excellent! I have purchased other Behringer products and have found them to be excellentfor the price. Desirability: Good design and features! Sound: This is a keyboard amp but works great for practice and a monitor for my electronic drums and it handles bass drum (good deep attack and sound) and cymbals sound great. This amp was purchased as a electronic drum amp. We have run Drums, Guitar, and Bass throuh this keyboard amp with great sound for each. Ease of Use: This amp is easy to use. Support: I have had no need to use support. Overall: I have had this amp for about 1 year and can recommend Behringer. I like this product so much that I am purchasing a Behringer GMX212 guitar amp and Behringer BXL3000A bass amp so we dont have to have everyone go through the same amp.
