You must learn to deep edit on this unit, you can get any tone you want, from death metal to hilly billy redneck twang...but you need to take time to learn to use it, it is well worth the time and investment to learn to deep edit on whatever equipment you have.

Ive played acoustis to amps to sound boards.... for portability and versitility and sound this is the best I have used..... I always go straight into the board..... I eliminate the amp and one more eq to deal with...... since I eliminated the amps my eq problems with sound board techs have all but vanished.... the xt live is also easy to adjust on the fly..... Not nearly as cheap as many of their other products Sound: I very nice sounding unit. I rarely use effects most of them gather dust. But I must confess this one has some nice sounds I can actually use. I noticed definite improvemnts on signal at the mixer it seems to act as a line balancer. Ease of Use: Better documentation than most Behringer products. Support: While Ive never had a single problem with any of my 8 Behringer products.
