Feature:
Its size. Its precision is out of this world. After playing with it, I grew accustomed to its solidity and small size. Other picks seem Clumsy and weak in comparison.
Quality:
Not once, ever, has one broken, bent or cracked. after 2 years, my oldest one (which i havent lost) is still in perfect nick.
Sound:
As the name suggests - Jazz - I was intrugued. I was recommended to use this pick, but thought nothing of it. Once tried, I found that it instantly improved the quality of my sound, not only have I been using it since, but I now see half of my guitarist colleagues using it. Not only for Jazz sounds, but Id feel confident using this to perform anything that needs a powerful, defined sound.
Ease of Use:
Terrific! I picked up one of these after first learning how to alternate pick, and (with attempted modesty) I feel that its made my picking sound much better than those that use large clumsy picks. However, may vary depending on the player.
Support:
Never had reason to reach the company... Except maybe to send a letter of veneration, on their creation.
Overall:

Fender 351 Premium Celluloid Pick (medium 12 Pack) Guitar Picks Fender Guitars, Amps, and Effects Shipping Cost :$6.99 Feature: They come in some pretty cool colors, i personally like the blue and ocean turquoise ones :) Quality: Very nice quality, each pick will usually last me 2 - 3 weeks, depending on how much I play each day. Out of the 84 that ive bought so far only one was deformed (it had a slight crecent indention on one edge). Value: pretty good value, it about 25 cents per pick :) Desirability: theyre just picks, picks dont get you girls ;) Sound: They have a pretty good sound quality. Ease of Use: They didnt come with any directions or anything, but the concept should be simple enough to "grasp". They can get a little bit slippery at first, but after some use they become a little bit rougher on the sides. Support: I dunno, never had to call fender about a pick.
