Plugged the headphones in the wrong spot at first but after they didnt work and a duh plugged them into the mixer and all was fine. Took me longer to get a cleaner sound out of GuitarBand but all took was a quick read of one of the manuals. Easy setup even two beers into the installation. Support: Havent had the need to contact. Just got this toy and havent put any miles on it. Overall: Ill add another mic so that along with instruments can record more than two tracks at a time.
